Unfortunately all sales are final, Unless we sent you the wrong size, item, or in any other way made an error with your order we can not accept refunds or exchanges. If the items are lost, misplaced or stolen during the shipping phase, Dishonored Hearts does not claim liability; as referenced in our terms of service. Please contact the shipping company attached to the tracking number to address any issues. Ordering the wrong size doesn't guarantee a refund; any return or exchange is at the customer's expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
